In order to be banned under ban evasion if you're on the 1:0 client, 3 octets must match. However all bans under that 3 octets must have a 1:0 client or else it will match with a 1:1 client (like in this case).
The demos prove that you're cheating. Usually when players tap to shoot, they already know how to play the game. Otherwise, they'll try to tap and then eventually spray because then can't control their tapping rhythm yet. And when they know how to play the game, they know how to control the recoil. Which is why when they tap, it usually stays at the same spot.
You however, were tapping because you're trying to avoid spraying since your crosshairs go wild if you spray (aimbot). You fucked up at the last demo though when you slipped and sprayed at the very last second.
