Was it this morning? The server will be half-full most of the time because I tend to restart it form time to time right now. I prefer you use our new client which will be up soon instead of that one you just downloaded.

Only problem with the new PGN nosteam is no one is really seeding it...5kb/s on a 15mb/s line is kinda depressing :(

It's taking time, that's how torrents work, once the 15 people on now are finished downloading from the initial seeder, it will download faster, so by tomorrow, things should be a lot faster!

It's for the community, so if they don't want to continue seeding, then they just make things worse for everyone.
Thankfully though that while they download they can upload as well, and help share even if they only do it while they are downloading.

everyone i see is stuck at 27.3% lol, only 1-3 seeds and they keep seeding and disconnecting...oh well.

That could explain why the download times are taking so long!
I'm sure it'll be completed overnight, since some people don't want to upload while they are playing because it might slow down their connection.

I'm the only seeder right now because I'm the only one with a complete copy. There's 230+ leechers and it's exhausting my bandwidth. Don't worry once I uploaded 100% of it, it'll just be like our other torrents where the download speed is around 100mbit.

Don't worry it'll get done in a couple of hours, it has always been like this everytime we upload a new one. Once I uploaded 100% of it out there, then it'll be really fast.

That makes more sense. It's like a race, I see you at 100% and the guy leeching from you is at 51.4% now..it's like i get no speed for 15 minutes then get 300k/s and catch up...then back to none. You must be hating what your bandwidth is doing haha.

PardonMe, there is a lot of lag on the server, and thus no one is playing on it. Monitoring it the past 2 or 3 hours, the player amount hasn't risen over 3. I think (and others I have spoken to) either you or mystic has to check it out and do something about the lag, otherwise the server is gone to nothing..

I believe the lag is client related, and I'm sure Valve is aware of it, and will just patch up the client when they have one available. It's not necessarily the server, since the server never changed, only updated to the latest version. And if it turns out to be a server issue, then they will release a patch and resolve the issue, since the settings have remained the same as far as I know.

I'm asking because I don't get any lag at all now any of this 'registry' issues that keeps popping out from time to time from players.
Anyway, I just got done uploading 100% of v2. Expect player built up in the next couple of weeks.

Works great, seeded 10g of the torrent last night, will do more tonight. Any idea if there will be a fix for not being able to change names??

Go to your CSS directory. Look at rev.ini, find the word 'JoinPGN.com', change it.
